Hongssangri Cheongmaesilwon is a Korean green plum (maesil) concentrate from Hongssangri in Gwangyang, Korea. Whole Korean plums (70%) are layered with fructooligosaccharide and aged the traditional way, then bottled as a thick, tart-sweet syrup you dilute to taste.
