Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and Washington, DC. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international addresses.

Shipping rates

Free standard shipping on orders of $39.99 or more. Standard shipping is $7.99 on orders below $39.99. Your exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery

Orders leave our Southern California warehouse in 1 to 2 business days. Most orders then arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add time.

Because everything we sell is already stocked in the United States, your order has no customs forms, no import duties and no overseas transit time.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement after the label is created.

Address changes

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We pack quickly, so an address can only be changed before the order ships. Email contact@thekshoponline.com with your order number as soon as possible. We cannot take responsibility for an order delivered to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout.

Lost, damaged or missing packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with others at the address and look around your door first. For a package that arrives damaged, or that tracking shows as lost or stuck in transit, email contact@thekshoponline.com within 14 days of the delivery date or the last tracking update. Include your order number and photos if you have them.

Split shipments

Orders usually ship in one box. If part of your order ships separately, you will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
