- Before first use, wipe a little cooking oil over the interior.
- Cook over medium heat and never heat the wok empty.
- Do not leave salty food sitting in the wok.
- Use wooden or silicone utensils, never metal or sharp tools.
- Wash, then dry the wok and store it dry.
